An AI agent that joins meetings for you.

Yes, your AI agent can join a meeting for you. Connect Smitline to the agent you already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT, and give it the Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet link. Smitline joins as your AI assistant with your agent’s context and answers when someone talks to it; what it can’t answer on the spot, your agent looks up in your docs while the meeting goes on. Afterwards you get the summary, decisions, action items and transcript.

Illustration: Priya asks her agent to join the Teams call with Northwind and answer their questions from the team’s docs. In the call, Smitline tells them single sign-on is on the Business plan. Afterwards the notes come back: five questions answered, the setup guide posted in the chat, and a test account Northwind needs by Friday.

Questions

Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, under the calling rules. More in the meetings guide.

Can Claude or ChatGPT join my Zoom meeting?

Yes, with Smitline connected. Ask your agent to join and give it the Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet link. Smitline joins as your AI assistant and introduces itself; if the meeting has a waiting room, it waits until someone lets it in.

Is the meeting recorded?

No. Smitline never records meeting audio. It transcribes the meeting so it can report back, and the transcript stays in your account.
